PURPOSE: A sealant nozzle for assembling a fastener is provided to coat a proper amount of sealant, and to increase the coating area of the sealant on a counter sink formed on an entrance of a drilling process hole. CONSTITUTION: A sealant nozzle (100) for assembling a fastener supplying a sealant to a process hole for sealing the fastener comprises: a storage container (120) with a space for storing the sealant; a cone shaped body (110) extended from the storage container; a discharging unit discharging the sealant; and a piston (130) pushing out the sealant by being installed inside the storage container. The process hole includes a counter sink having a tapered surface on an entrance for inserting the fastener, and the tapered surface matches with a slope surface of the cone shaped body. |
