Embodiments of the application provide a mobility information processing method, a base station, and a mobility management device. In one aspect, before a terminal enters an idle state from a first connection state, a base station sends mobility information representing that the terminal is in the first connection state to a mobility management device, so that when the terminal enters a second connection state from the idle state, the base station can receive the mobility information representing that the terminal is in the first connection state and sent by the mobility management device, so as to solve a problem in the prior art that the base station cannot obtain the mobility information representing that the terminal is in the connection state, due to the reason that after the terminal reenters the connection state from the idle state, the base station deletes the mobility information representing that the terminal is in the connection state and obtained by the base station, so that after the terminal enters the connection state from the idle state, the base station obtains the mobility information before the terminal is in the idle state.
