The present invention relates to a dual waste heat recovery apparatus for a ship comprising a waste gas discharging pipe for guiding a waste gas generated from a main engine to a fuel economizer; a waste gas re-supplying pipe for re-supplying a part of the waste gas discharged via the waste gas discharge pipe to the main engine; a first generator for generating electricity by operating a first turbine via an heat exchange operation of the fuel economizer; a second generator for generating electricity by operating a second turbine via a heat exchange operation of the waste gas re-supplying pipe; and an operating fluid supplying unit for supplying an operating fluid needed for the heat exchange operation to the first and the second generator. Therefore, the present invention can smoothly supply electric power needed for the ship, also construct the waste gas re-supplying pipe for re-supplying a part of the waste gas, discharged for the fuel economizer, to the main engine and accordingly can reduce air pollutants emission, thereby satisfying a specific compliance range, i.e., Tier3, regulated by the international maritime organization (IMO).
