The present invention relates to a method for inspecting an electronic self-destruct fuse for a submunition and, more specifically, to a method for inspecting an electronic self-destruct fuse for a submuntion which can allow a self-destruct fuse to operate after a shorter delay time than a delay time in a normal mode by switching a control unit into a test mode when the operation of the self-destruct fuse is inspected by the control unit by selecting a mode of the control unit controlling the electronic self-destruct fuse among a test mode and a normal mode, thereby shortening a time for inspecting a self-destruct fuse. In order to achieve this, the method for inspecting an electronic self-destructive fuse for a submunition comprises the following steps of: a) selecting a test mode as a mode of a control unit controlling an electronic self-destruct fuse; b) operating the self-destruct fuse by the control unit which is in a test mode by inputting a ground signal to the control unit, wherein the self-destruct fuse is set to operate when a predetermined test delay time passes since the ground signal has been inputted; and c) selecting a normal mode as a mode of the control unit if the self-destruct fuse normally operates after the predetermined time passes in the step b).
