PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic recovery apparatus which surely prevents malfunction of a generator and malfunction of an apparatus as a use destination of generated power, and which causes neither function breakdown nor function deterioration of the entirety of the apparatus even upon occurrence of the malfunction of the generator and the malfunction of the apparatus as the use destination of the generated power.SOLUTION: A hydraulic motor 8 and a second relief valve 3 are coupled in parallel between first relief valves 1 and 2 and a tank 11. A solenoid selector valve 5 is coupled to between the first relief valves 1 and 2 and the hydraulic motor 8. The hydraulic motor 8 drives a generator 10. Upon failure in torque adjustment in the generator 10, the solenoid selector valve 5 is closed to stop oil supply to the hydraulic motor 8, and the oil is discharged from a second relief valve 3 into the tank 11, and the hydraulic motor 8 is stopped. |
