The electronic device may further include a drain electrode, a source electrode and/or a gate electrode formed on the thin film. A method of manufacturing an electronic device includes preparing a carbon layer including graphene or graphite, forming a nanostructure on the carbon layer, and forming a thin film to cover the nanostructure. |
