<p>Disclosed are a rubber layer molded product and a manufacturing method thereof. The product comprises a main body molded by a silicon rubber material, fabrics being integrally solidified on a surface of the main body. The manufacturing method thereof is: a first step, preparing raw materials; a second step, placing the fabrics into a cavity of a hot-forming mold; a third step, placing silicon rubber into the cavity of the mold, performing hot-forming after closing the mold, performing hot-forming on the silicon rubber to form a silicon rubber blank, and vulcanizing the silicon rubber at the same time; and integrally solidifying the fabrics on a surface of the silicon rubber blank under hot-forming and vulcanizing conditions; and a fourth step, trimming to obtain a final product. The silicon rubber in the present invention generally adopts transparent silicon rubber with a high transparency, a low extension, and a wide application range, and the fabrics generally adopt chemical fiber fabrics that have a high elasticity and a high temperature resistance and do not discolor at high temperature. The fabrics are integrally solidified on the surface of the main body of the silicon rubber product through hot-forming, in this way, the advantages of the silicon rubber product are kept, and at the same time, the mechanical properties of the silicon rubber product can be enhanced through the fabrics, so as to greatly improve the tear resistance and the tensile strength properties of the silicon rubber product and prolong the service life of the product.</p> |
