According to the present invention, cathode adhesive force can be remarkably improved using a small amount or the same amount of binders necessary for producing cathode slurry by containing high density lithium metal oxide, and high rate properties of a secondary battery can be improved by reducing the average particle diameter of the lithium metal oxide.
