The present invention provides an antiskid coating composition for packing a corrugated cardboard which is able to prevent skid phenomenon by coating the surface of a corrugated cardboard with an antiskid coating solution when a packing box is manufactured by using the corrugated cardboard, manufactures the composition consisting the coating solution by mixing water-soluble ester type polyester, emulsion type acryl copolymer resin, water-soluble type acryl copolymer, soft water, silica and fluorine polyethylene resin, increases water resistance and adhesive force, prevents skid phenomenon and increases water repellent properties, and a manufacturing method for the coating solution.
