The invention relates to a device for supporting dough portions, an assembly for dough treatment comprising such a device for supporting dough portions, and a method for manufacturing such a device for supporting dough portions. The device of the invention comprises a substantially rectangular frame comprising longitudinal and transverse members, wherein at each corner of the frame a longitudinal member is connected to a transverse member, a substantially rectangular supporting member for supporting the dough portions, wherein the supporting member is connected to the frame. At each corner of the frame the longitudinal member is connected to the transverse member by means of a form fitting joint and a welding, a pop-rivet or a glue connection, which connection is arranged at a distance from said form fitting joint. |
