摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a nanowire structure having meshed nanowires with a nanogap space on optical fibers comprising: a step of arranging optical fibers in an optical fiber holder; a step of processing the end of an optical fiber into a plane; a step of laminating a seed layer on the end of the optical fiber processed into the plane; a step of attaching a nanopore layer having nanopores to the seed layer; a step of growing nanowires consisting of at least one nanowire layer containing a nanogap space within the nanopore; a step of removing the nanopore layer after growing the nanowire and separating the optical fiber in which the nanowire is formed from the optical fiber holder; a step of coating a porous polymer in order to surround the nanowire and the end of the optical fiber; and a step of etching a layer forming the nanogap space among the nanowire layers, and the seed layer. Additionally, the present invention relates to a nanowire structure having meshed nanowires with a nanogap space on optical fibers comprising: a meshed nanowire which consists of multiple nanowires formed to be inclined or be vertical to the end of the optical fiber; and a porous polymer which surrounds the meshed nanowire and the end of the optical fiber. At least part of the multiple nanowires includes nanogap spaces, and a gap between the lower part of a lower nanowire in the nanogap space and the end of the optical fiber is empty.</p>
