PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow control device which does not prevent the distribution of fluid and lower intake efficiency, even if a channel area for a valve body is lowered.SOLUTION: An air flow control device 1 includes; a housing 10 whose inside becomes a passage 11 of fluid; a bush 30 attached to the inside of the housing 10; a shaft body 40 held by the bush 30; and a valve body 50 attached to the inside of the housing 10, and capable of rotating synchronously with the shaft body 40. In the passage 11 of the air flow control device 1, an upstream side passage, a dead zone and a downstream side passage are included. A part of the passage 11 is notched to form a bush installing groove 14. A hole is formed on a bottom surface of the bush installing groove 14. The bush 30 is rotatably fitted with the hole, and attached to the inside of the housing 10. A cross-sectional area of a first cross section vertical to a distributing direction in the upstream side passage is larger than a cross-sectional area of a second cross section vertical to the distributing direction in the downstream side passage. |
