PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption of a semiconductor integrated circuit obtained by integrating a plurality of function blocks for executing prescribed processing into one semiconductor.SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes a first path P1 for performing data processing by a data processing circuit (horizontal filter 10), and a second path P2 for bypassing the data processing circuit (horizontal filter 10) or performing data processing by a simplified circuit (delay circuit 20), exclusively selects the first path P1 and the second path P2 in accordance with an operation mode, and suppresses power consumption by stopping data input to a circuit of an unselected path. |
