PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design an efficient fall prevention device for a pallet of a mechanical parking device.SOLUTION: A collision force estimation device 20 estimates a collision force to a fall prevention device which is applied to a mechanical parking device storing a pallet mounted with a vehicle into a parking room by a carrier device and prevents the pallet from falling. The collision force estimation device 20 includes an estimation part 23 for estimating a collision force between the pallet and the fall prevention device, in the case that a predetermined earthquake wave is inputted to the mechanical parking device, on the basis of an analytic model in which the parking room including the fall prevention device and the pallet and the vehicle are two-dimensionally modelled in a vertical section and the vehicle mounted on the pallet is generated as a two-degree-of-freedom system model.
