PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain compound odor concentration highly precisely.SOLUTION: A compound odor concentration estimation part 25 includes the steps of: extracting compound odor concentration data which contains all or some odor components as for a plurality of odor components related to target compound odor from compound odor concentration database 21; searching similarity and effect coefficient of every odor component of some or all of the extracted compound odor concentration data from odor componential analysis database 23; and estimating compound odor concentration of the target compound odor based on the similarity and effect coefficient extracted by the search and odor component ratio for a compound odor within the extracted compound odor concentration data.
