Transdermal therapeutic system comprises (i) backing layer, (ii) matrix layer comprising rotigotin ((-)-(S)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-6[propyl[2(2-thienyl)ethyl]amino]-1-naphthol), where the matrix layer is applied on at least one part of the surface of the backing layer, and (iii) protective film which can be removed, which is applied at least on a part of the surface of the matrix layer. The matrix layer of adhesive agents comprises styrene butadiene block copolymer, crystallization inhibiter and optionally or several adjuvants. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) the matrix; (2) method for preparing matrix, involves (a) mixing rotigotin, adhesive agent comprising styrene butadiene block copolymer, crystallization inhibiter and adjuvants, and adding solvents; and (3) method for preparing transdermal therapeutic system, involves mixing backing layer, matrix layer comprising rotigotin, and protective film.
