The embodiment of the present invention relates to a terminal scheduling method, apparatus and system. The method includes: determining the type of interference generated by a terminal to a neighbor cell base station, the working channels of the neighbor cell base station and the serving base station of the terminal being in the same frequency range, or part of the working channel frequencies of the neighbor cell base station and the serving base station of the terminal being in the same frequency range; and, according to the type of the interference, scheduling the terminal to a part of the working channel frequency range of the serving cell base station, in which the terminal does not interfere with the neighbor cell base station.
