The present invention relates to a floor heating block applied for installing hot water pipes easily during a floor construction, and aims to provide a floor heating block with a simplified structure enabling easy production, making it easy to fix and bend the hot water pipes, and remarkably reducing noises between floors. A floor heating block proposed in the present invention is characterized by comprising: a block (1) having an array of circular penetration holes (11) at fixed intervals therebetween on a surface of a rectangular body and a plurality of separating lines (12) protruding from top, bottom, left and right sides of the body; and a U-shaped fixing unit (2) having a hooking protrusion (21) at an end which is used for catching and fastening a hot water pipe (B) into a loop shape after putting the hot water pipe over the penetration holes (11) on the top surface of the block (1).
