A vertebra surgery simulation system, a simulation judging apparatus and judging method thereof are disclosed. The vertebra surgery simulation system according to the present invention comprises: a human model in which the inner space is empty; an illuminating part which irradiates light towards one side at the other side of the inner space of the human model when a needle for vertebra surgery is passed to the inside of the human model from the outside; a shadow projection part which is installed at the opposite side of a side in which the illuminating part is arranged and projects shadow due to the needle; and a simulation determine device which stores standard data about at least one among the length, darkness, direction and position of standard shadow, measures at least one among the length, darkness, direction and position of shadow projected by the shadow projection part and determines simulation state by comparing measured values to the standard data.
