Provided is a safety blasting device for decreasing drain time of a residual material inside a device, and for stopping rapidly a spray of an abrasive material in case of need. The safety blasting device comprises: a nozzle part for spraying a compression air and an abrasive material; a compression air supply part for supplying a compression air to the nozzle part; an abrasive material supply part for supplying an abrasive material to the nozzle part; a connecting pipe where one side is connected to the compression air supply part, and the other side is connected to the abrasive material supply part, and one end is connected to the nozzle part, for mixing the compression air and the abrasive material, and supplying a mixture to the nozzle part; and a bypass pipe where one end is connected to the connecting pipe between the abrasive material supply part and the nozzle part, and the other end maintains a lower pressure than the connecting pipe.
