The present invention relates to a plantar pressure analysis and insole pad selection system which detects the plantar pressure during walking and standing, detects the plantar pressure by section of the sole such as a heel part, a transverse arch part, and a longitudinal arch part by dividing the sole to the left and the right part based on the central line of the sole, and selects an insole pad depending on the plantar pressure by section of the sole. According to the present invention, the operation method of the plantar pressure analysis and insole pad selection system includes: an insole setting screen synchronization step of adjusting the size and the direction of an insole setting screen and overlapping the insole setting screen on the plantar pressure image of an examinee; an insole pad data extraction step of extracting insole pad data including the size of an insole pad and a wedge from the overlapped image of the insole setting screen and the plantar pressure image from the insole setting screen synchronization step; and an insole pad stock status output step of outputting whether the insole pad required by the insole pad data, extracted in the insole pad data extraction step, is in stock in a store.
