PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently allocate a print instruction to an operator than a system of creating a work schedule in each fixedly set deadline timing.SOLUTION: The order reception information of an order which arrives from a customer as needed is spooled in a spooler 12. When the next work comes into a possible state, an operator in charge of a printer 40 operates a work start notification device 30 to send work start notification.
