PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intended deceleration in a technology for controlling acceleration/deceleration of a vehicle by means of one operation pedal.SOLUTION: A travel control device 1 for a vehicle includes: a pedal 2 for accelerating or decelerating the vehicle in accordance with a pedal stroke and increasing deceleration of the vehicle as the pedal stroke decreases when the pedal stroke is in a deceleration region that is a stroke range for decelerating the vehicle; an actuator 4 for adjusting pedal reaction force of the pedal 2; and a controller 7 for controlling the actuator 4 so that when the pedal stroke is in the deceleration region, the pedal reaction force in an operation in a pedal depressing direction is larger than that in an operation in a pedal returning direction in the same pedal stroke.
