PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support definition work of a management screen of an IT service.SOLUTION: A management screen providing part 32 displays a management screen with information items set according to actual definition data defining information items to be displayed on a management screen for information about IT services on a person PC 16 in charge of operation. A definition screen providing part 40 displays a definition screen for defining the information items to be displayed on the management screen on a person PC 18 in charge of design. In the case that confirmation of an input result to the definition screen is instructed, the management screen providing part 32 displays input data of a person in charge of design, that is, a temporary management screen obtained by setting information items according to undetermined definition data defining information items to be displayed on the management screen on the person PC 18 in charge of design. In the case that the determination of the input data to the definition screen is instructed, an actual definition update part 46 reflects the undetermined definition data on the actual definition data. |
