PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilized pharmaceutical composition containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and tipepidine or a salt thereof based on the surprising finding that the contents of loxoprofen or a salt thereof and/or tipepidine or a salt thereof decrease over time as results of studies on the storage stability of pharmaceutical compositions containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and tipepidine or a salt thereof in order to develop a pharmaceutical composition containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and tipepidine or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and tipepidine or a salt thereof in a manner such that loxoprofen or a salt thereof and tipepidine or a salt thereof do not substantially contact each other.
