PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as a crosslinking agent capable of forming a crosslinked product being excellent in retort resistance, allowing suppression of bleedout from a crosslinked product, and having excellent adhesiveness between layers in a multilayer structure; and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: The compound is represented by the formula (1).
