A self-adhesive complex waterproof sheet according to the present invention comprises a synthetic polymer system waterproof layer (10) which has a sheet form made of a synthetic resin substance and a butyl-rubber layer (20) which is attachable to a target object by being composed of a butyl-rubber substance and attached to the bottom side of the synthetic polymer system waterproof layer. The butyl-rubber layer (20) protrudes from the edge of one side of the synthetic polymer system waterproof layer and extends outwardly as long as and then a first length longer than the synthetic polymer system waterproof layer (10), and is recessed inwardly from the edge of the other side of the synthetic polymer system as long as and then a second length longer than the synthetic polymer system waterproof layer (10). The self-adhesive complex waterproof sheet according to the present invention is provided to maximize the waterproof effect of the joint parts among waterproof sheets by closely connecting the overlapped waterproof sheets whose both sides are close to each other, when several self-adhesive complex waterproof sheets are connected and attached to each other in the width direction of them.
