Disclosed are a system and a method for preventing the alteration of calling line identification using connected line identification. The system for preventing the alteration of the calling line identification using the connected line identification comprises one or more connection management servers for storing a terminal list of the currently connected line among subscriber terminals; a call control client for requesting inquiries about call attempt conditions of a reception terminal corresponding to the connected line identification included in a reception call; and an integrated connection management server for making inquiries about the call attempt condition of the reception terminal in the searched connection management server after searching the connection management server including the originator terminal of the reception call according to the request of the call control client. The call control client may control the reception call by determining the alteration condition of the calling line identification included in the reception call according to the inquiry result for the call attempt condition of the reception terminal.
