The design is the visual features as shown in solid lines in the drawings of the WALLPLATE shown in the drawings, whether those features are features of one of shape, configuration, ornament, or pattern, or a combination of any of these features. Drawings of the design are included. The stippled lines shown in the drawings do not form part of the design. The drawings show three designs that do not differ substantially from each other. Figures 1 - 5 show the first variant; Figures 1A - 5A show the second variant; and Figures 1B - 5B show the third variant.
