PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-chip igniter capable of achieving reduction in operation voltage, increase in noise tolerance, and reduction in size and cost.SOLUTION: By reducing a gate threshold voltage Vtgh of a MOS transistor to reduce an operation voltage for a current restriction circuit, an overheat detection circuit, a timer circuit, an overvoltage protection circuit, and an input hysteresis circuit, and the like, an operation voltage of a one-chip igniter 100 can be reduced. The effective gate threshold voltage of the MOS transistor is 1 V or more, and a channel length of an IGBT is 4 μm or less. In addition, a thickness of a gate oxide film of the MOS transistor is 5 nm or more and less than 25 nm. |
