PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material having a high sound insulation effect and excellent adhesive properties, and a floor structure using the same.SOLUTION: In a floor material, a sound insulation layer comprised of an open-cell polyurethane foam is superposed on backside of a decorative surface layer, and a barrier layer comprised of a nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 10-150 g/mis superposed on backside of the sound insulation layer. |
