PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a circuit scale relatively small, and to set low a working voltage and a reference voltage, and to reduce the temperature dependency of the reference voltage.SOLUTION: Reference current generation circuits 5 and 6 respectively generate reference currents I1 and I2 having positive temperature coefficients, and an output transistor T11 generates a forward voltage having a negative temperature coefficient such that the inclination of primary components (linear components) with respect to the temperature of a reference voltage Vout can be turned into zero. When secondary components (temperature change rates of temperature coefficients) of the reference currents I1 and I2 become reverse in positive and negative states, a current synthesis circuit 7 synthesizes the reference currents I1 and I2 at a predetermined rate, and makes the currents flow to a series circuit constituted of an output resistance R3 and an output transistor T11. Thus, it is possible to offset the secondary components between a voltage V1 of the output resistance R3 and a voltage V2 of the output transistor T11. |
