The present invention addresses the problem of using and applying an association between a previous task command which denotes a concrete action of an operator, and data which is a result of this task command. To this end, a computer, comprising a storage unit which stores information whereby a flowchart, in which at least one task sequence is included, and which denotes a task flow for generating prescribed data is associated with task guide information which is necessary to execute the task sequence, transmits the flowchart and the guide information in response to an instruction from a computer which generates a request. Thereafter, the computer displays the flowchart and the guide information upon the computer which generates the request. In the execution of the task sequence with the computer which generates the request, a combination of a task command which is issued by the computer which generates the request and data which is either accessed or generated in response to this task command is associated with the task sequence and recorded. At a prescribed opportunity, the flowchart corresponding to the prescribed data and the combination of the task command and the accessed or generated data in the stored task sequence are transmitted to the computer which generates the request, and displayed.
