A gate driver on array (GOA) reset circuit, array substrate and display, for improving the reliability and long term stability of a GOA circuit, thus improving the performance of the GOA circuit; the GOA reset circuit comprises: a first electronic switching circuit (301) connected with the input terminal of a GOA unit, and a second electronic switching circuit (302) connected with the output terminal of the GOA unit; the first electronic switching circuit (301) is connected to a low power level signal terminal, is in a closed state when the input terminal of the GOA unit is in a high power level, and transmits a low power level signal to the reset terminal of the GOA unit; and the second electronic switching circuit (302) is connected to a high power level signal terminal, is in a closed state when the output terminal of the GOA unit is in a high power level, and transmits a high power level signal to the reset terminal. |
