<p>An immunoassay method based on absorbance measurement comprises steps of: providing a mixed reaction solution containing first and second conjugates for a subject to be detected, adding the subject to be detected into the solution to form a mixed solution containing a ternary complex "first conjugate-subject to be detected-second conjugate", measuring an absorbance value A1 of the solution, separating the ternary complex from the mixed solution by liquid-phase separation, measuring an absorbance value A2 of the liquid phase obtained after separation, and determining, by comparing A1 with A2, the presence and/or quantity of the subject to be detected.</p> |
