The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method and apparatus for measuring a channel in the wireless communication system. The method according to the present invention includes the steps of: receiving information about a specific time section from a first cell for handover; receiving a signal from a second cell for the specific time section; and measuring the second cell by using the received signal. The first cell is different from the second cell.
