<p>PURPOSE: A pedal control device for eliminating a dead point is provided to eliminate the dead point in a dead point section and to increase a rotational force in a running section, thereby running a bicycle on a slope or against a head wind without inertial energy. CONSTITUTION: A pedal control device for eliminating a dead point includes a pedal shaft (11), a shaft coupling (41), a body coupling (31), and a pedal body (21). The pedal shaft has a tap groove (14). The shaft coupling has a tap (42) fit into the tap groove. The body coupling at the pedal shaft has a tap (42). The body coupling is coupled to the shaft coupling so that a pedal rotates in one direction. A tap groove for the movement of the body coupling is installed inside the pedal body.</p> |
