PURPOSE: A mobile smart teeth management system and a method thereof are provided to build a remote medical treatment system by grafting a portable communication environment and information communication technology with an oral treatment area. CONSTITUTION: A server receives user information from a user terminal connected through a network or receives expert information from an expert terminal in order to perform user authentication. The server stores oral information and reinforcement information in a database after the user authentication and provides the information to the expert terminal. The expert terminal performs the verification of the oral information based on the reinforcement information after the user authentication and transmits updated oral information to the server to store it in the database. The terminal generates oral management information corresponding to the oral information to store them in the database. The server generates oral statistical information and oral management statistical information based on the oral information and the oral management information and transmits the oral management information to the user terminal.
