The present invention relates to a device for fixing a ceiling panel, which is connected to a clip bar fixed to a carrying channel to support and fix the edge parts of a plurality of neighboring ceiling panels, comprising a fixing panel having the edge parts of each ceiling panel mounted on the top thereof; and a hanging bar inserted into the clip bar while vertically connected to the center of the upper surface of the fixing panel. A connection hole having a hanging part therein to insert the hanging bar is arranged on the clip bar and hanging pieces are formed on both side surfaces of the hanging bar to extend downward toward the fixing panel separately. Therefore, the hanging pieces are folded to approach both side surfaces of the hanging bar by an elastic force during the insertion of the hanging bar into the connection hole and are unfolded into an original state by an elastic force to be hung and fixed to the hanging part if the hanging pieces are inserted into the hanging part. As mentioned above, the device for fixing a ceiling panel inserts the other end of the hanging bar into the connection hole of the clip bar installed and connected to the carrying channel. The device for fixing a ceiling panel is unfolded and keeps a stable hanging state if the hanging pieces connected to both side surfaces of the hanging bar are located at the hanging part. Therefore, the present invention facilitates the operation of supporting and fixing the edge parts of the ceiling panel and improves the appearance because there is no protrusion out of the ceiling panel.
