PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for insect proof evasion and antibacterial activity that is satisfactorily used as an insect proof evasion and antibacterial sheet, especially the insect proof evasion and antibacterial sheet used for package of food products or the like, and that uses a plant extract as an active ingredient; and technology relating to the same.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable composition includes: each extract of Sichuan pepper, uva-ursi, Perilla Herb, a leaf of peach, chili pepper, Phellodendron amurense, Houttuynia Herb, ginger and sophora root as (A) an insect proof evasion and antibacterial active ingredient; and (B) an active energy ray-curable varnish. |
