PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a flat steel with torsion generated, which is conventionally impossible.SOLUTION: An attachable and detachable arresting gear, for horizontally holding a flat steel from above and fixing the flat steel, is provided to fix one end of the flat steel to be corrected. In this state, a turning force using a bending moment generated when pressing a correcting portion from top and bottom by a hydraulic device is applied to correct the flat steel. The arresting gear includes an attachable and detachable fixing device for generating a corrective force by a hydraulic press, and obtains the corrective force in such a manner that the flat steel to be corrected is horizontally pressed from above and fixed by the arresting gear and a reverse turning force is applied by using the hydraulic press from the up-and-down direction. In addition, the torsion can be corrected by using a correcting jig that has an opening and has a lever portion with an angle from the horizontal direction to one side or both sides of outside. |
