A hybrid ship complex generation device using wind power, sunlight, and a diesel engine according to the present invention links wind power generation with solar power generation to be applied to the hybrid ship complex generation device; enables automatic operation and stop for a diesel generator based on the power of a storage battery; maximizes the convenience of fishermen, fuel saving, and environmental improvement projects by applying a dummy load through a power control method to minimize the loss of energy generated and supplying power for the propulsion of ships and electricity to the power supply of the ships; contributes to the development of technologies by applying other energy sources such as fuel cells and hydrogen batteries as well as wind power and sunlight to the hybrid ship complex generation device; improves economic efficiency in comparison with conventional wind power generation linked with diesel generation or solar power generation linked with diesel generation; and highlights new alternative energy sources.
