The purpose of the present invention is to provide harbor structure construction equipment and a construction method for a harbor structure using the same to reduce costs for manufacturing and installing a concrete caisson by manufacturing the concrete caisson on a floating dock and reducing a construction site; to reduce a period for manufacturing and installing the concrete caisson; to facilitate the construction of cap concrete on the concrete caisson; and to reduce an equipment usage and construction costs by reducing a crane usage.
