<p>A brewing assembly (1; 62; 77), which has a brewing chamber (22) having a first axis (11) and for receiving a sealed capsule (2) of brewing material; a sealing piston (34; 63) mounted to move along a second axis (35) to and from a sealing position sealing the brewing chamber (22); a first unloading device (28) movable along the brewing chamber (22) to at least partly expel the capsule (2) from the brewing chamber (22); a second unloading device (59) movable with respect to the brewing chamber (22) to engage the at least partly expelled capsule (2) and unload it to the outside; and a brewing body (9), which defines the brewing chamber (22), supports the first unloading device (28), and is mounted to oscillate, about a third axis (10) perpendicular to the first and second axis (11, 35), between a first position, in which the first and second axis (11, 35) coincide, and a second position, in which the first and second axis (11, 35) extend on opposite sides of the second unloading device (59).</p> |
