METHOD FOR REPORTING IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND DEVICE SUPPORTING SAME

A report method executed by a terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method receives a PLMN list for one or more public land mobile networks (PLMN) in which the logged minimization drive test (MDT) is effective; receives information for executing the logged MDT; executes a login process for measurement based on the information for executing the logged MDT; enters into a radio resource control (RRC) connection state for a target cell; determines the availability of the logged measurement; and reports a part or the whole of the logged measurement to the target cell. The report availability of the logged measurement is determined based on the PLMN list.
