Disclosed are a method for estimating an underground structure using noise removal and an apparatus therefor. The method for estimating an underground structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a step of converting measured data of the time domain to an underground medium into data of the transformed field domain and calculating gradient direction vectors according to the transformation parameters, a step of calculating a noise removal function, which is defined as a ratio of the measured data to the underground medium to the modeling data, and a step of producing gradient direction vectors, which are filtered by reflecting the noise removal function to the gradient direction vector calculated according to the transformation parameters.
