A method of treating a soft tissue lumen of a patient, wherein the soft tissue lumen is located in the vascularture, reproductive tract, or gastrointestinal tract of the patient, which comprises preparing a composition by combining a fibrinogen component, a thrombin component, a plasticizer, and calcium containing particles having an average diameter between 0.01 pm and 200 pm; and delivering the composition to the soft tissue lumen of the patient.
