PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient position information management system capable of efficiently notifying a radio terminal of position information.SOLUTION: The communication apparatus includes storage means for storing position information of the communication apparatus; transmission means for transmitting position information; reception means for receiving a positioning signal from a navigation satellite; and control means for executing control to stop transmission of the position information stored in the storage means by the transmission means when the reception means receives the positioning signal.
