PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fruit storage cushioning tool capable of reducing damage of a fruit without causing rubbing even if there is vibration in transport.SOLUTION: A fruit storage cushioning tool 1 is composed of a flexible sheet-like soft foamable synthetic resin sheet 2 having the length of 24 cm, a breadth of 16 cm and a thickness of 1 cm, and a plurality of through-holes 3 with a waterdrop shape are bored in the foamable synthetic resin sheet 2. In use, the fruit, for example, a strawberry S larger than the size of the through-holes 3 is placed on the through-holes 3. In the size of the through-holes 3, the size of about 50-80% of an external shape of the strawberry S to be placed is suitable. Thus, the strawberry S is softly held by line contact by an edge 3a of the through-holes 3 of the foamable synthetic resin sheet 2, and even when receiving vibration or the like generated in the transport, the vibration is absorbed by the foamable synthetic resin sheet 2, and motion of the strawberry S is reduced, and since the contact area with the foamable synthetic resin sheet 2 is also small, the occurrence of a flaw by the rubbing can be prevented. |
