PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet with a support body which achieves excellent smear removal properties and plating peel strength despite a low dielectric loss tangent and a low linear thermal expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: A resin sheet with a support body includes: a support body; a specific first layer formed on the support body; and a specific second layer formed on the first layer. The invention is completed by using the resin sheet with the support body.
